Learn How to Chart your Menstrual Cycle

The Justisse Method

The Justisse Method is a holistic, scientific approach to fertility where women learn about fertility awareness (a method of tracking your cycle to pinpoint your exact day of ovulation) in such a way as to allow them to manage their own reproductive health.

As a Justisse practitioner, I teach women how to work cooperatively with their menstrual cycle instead of suppressing and destroying it. Learning to chart your cycle is a science that enables women to unleash the power that exists in their cycles. I teach women about how their bodies work, how this information can be used constructively to improve their cycles, and how all of this impacts their futures in a positive way.

If you want to learn the method yourself, buy the products online and register for the app today. If at any point it all feels overwhelming and something is not making sense, please contact me to book a consultation.
